Our business plan is to lease growing space and related facilities (commercial real estate and equipment) to licensed marijuana business operators for their production needs. We are pursuing ancillary business products and services including the provision of customized plant nutrient lines and advanced logistical support for grow operations.

In short our business model is to allocate resources to areas that will provide the highest risk-adjusted return on capital. We see the legalization of marijuana as potentially the birth of a large new industry in America. In our experience emerging industries with strong sector tailwinds offer many opportunities for high risk-adjusted returns.

Companies in the regulated marijuana industry are finding it difficult to open bank accounts and access lines of credit. Our plan is to use management’s real estate expertise to offer real estate backed financing to companies that are suffering from a lack of access to conventional sources of capital and credit. We see a significant amount of business in this space.
